Leadership Development
Developing leaders. Transforming cultures. Delivering lasting results. A structured 12-month leadership journey for organisations committed to developing leaders who make a genuine difference.

Exceptional businesses are built by exceptional leaders. But leadership isn’t developed in two days—it is built over time through learning, application, coaching and accountability.
Rather than delivering a series of disconnected workshops, PLP takes participants through a carefully sequenced development pathway. Each module builds on the last, with practical workplace application, coaching, manager involvement and ongoing accountability ensuring that new skills become lasting leadership habits—not just good ideas left in the training room.
The result is stronger leaders who communicate with confidence, build trust, handle difficult conversations, develop their people and create high-performing teams.
Organisations benefit from greater consistency in leadership, improved employee engagement, stronger accountability and a leadership culture that continues long after the programme concludes.
The transition from team member to leader is one of the most challenging career changes anyone will make. This module helps new and emerging leaders build confidence, establish credibility and successfully navigate the shift from peer to leader. Participants learn how to manage new relationships, overcome self-doubt, gain trust and develop the mindset needed to lead with confidence from day one.
Exceptional leaders communicate differently. This module develops the communication skills needed to influence, inspire and build stronger relationships at every level of an organisation. Participants learn how to adapt to different personality styles, ask better questions, encourage open dialogue and use practical leadership language that builds trust, engagement and commitment.
Module 3 – Leading Yourself
Before leaders can effectively lead others, they must first lead themselves. Participants gain practical tools to prioritise their workload, manage competing demands, reduce stress and focus on activities that deliver the greatest value. Leaders leave with proven systems to improve productivity, make better decisions and take greater control of their time and team.
Module 4 – Delegation for High Performance
Great leaders don’t succeed by doing everything themselves—they succeed by developing others. We remove the fear and uncertainty around delegation, showing leaders how to confidently transfer responsibility while maintaining accountability. Participants learn when to delegate, what to delegate and how to develop their team’s capability while creating more time to focus on leadership.
Avoiding difficult conversations rarely solves problems—it usually makes them bigger. This practical module provides leaders with the confidence, structure and communication skills to address performance issues, diversity and behavioural concerns and challenging situations constructively. Participants learn how to create positive outcomes while maintaining trust, respect and strong working relationships.
Creating a culture of accountability starts with leadership. This module shows leaders how to set clear expectations, follow through consistently and hold people accountable in a way that motivates rather than discourages. Participants develop practical systems that improve ownership, performance and personal responsibility across their teams.
Conflict is inevitable, but it doesn’t have to damage relationships or performance. This module provides leaders with practical frameworks for managing workplace conflict calmly, objectively and professionally. Participants learn how to address issues early, understand differing perspectives and guide conversations towards positive, lasting solutions.
The best leaders use every meeting and conversation as an opportunity to develop their people. This module transforms routine meetings into productive, engaging discussions while equipping leaders with practical coaching techniques that improve performance, build confidence and encourage continuous improvement. Participants leave with proven meeting structures and coaching frameworks they can apply immediately.
